Longbow Advantage Announces Promotions for Vice President of Consulting Services and Vice President of Product Development
Following the recent appointment of Alex Wakefield to CEO, Longbow Advantage has expanded its senior leadership team to include Shawn McLeese as Vice President of Consulting Services and Nima Mohajerin as Vice President of Product Development.
These announcements come during a growth period for Longbow Advantage as both their Consulting Services organization and Rebus Analytics Platform continue to expand, and Wakefield says, "Adding Nima and Shawn to the leadership team is great for Longbow and great for our customers. They both are industry veterans, and they are highly respected within Longbow and by our customers. As we continue to grow, it is essential that we develop and promote our leaders from within our organization, and I’m proud to have two outstanding professionals who have been long-time Longbow employees join our leadership team. Longbow Advantage Appoints New CEO, Alex Wakefield
Longbow Advantage, Inc. has announced Alex Wakefield, previously Chief Commercial Officer at Longbow, will serve as the new Chief Executive Officer as outgoing CEO, Gerry Brady, moves into the role of Chief Innovator to drive the continued development, growth, and innovation of the company’s Rebus™ software platform.
Brady, the Founder of Longbow Advantage, has served as the company’s CEO since he first founded it in 2002. When asked about the change in leadership, Brady said, “I am incredibly proud of everything our team has accomplished. With all of the recent growth and new opportunities ahead, I am confident Alex is the right person to build on the momentum, and I cannot wait to see what the future has in store.”

SOC 2 reports on controls at a service organization relevant to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality and privacy. This lets consumers know that their information is secure and available whenever they need it when working with SaaS and cloud-based organizations.
With the growth of Rebus, Longbow Advantage recognized the need to meet these industry security standards. They evaluated their policies and procedures including ongoing monitoring and audits to verify they met the strict demands of SOC 2. At the end of March, they passed their examination and audit performed by Auditwerx.

Longbow Advantage Welcomes Alex Wakefield as Chief Commercial Officer
Longbow Advantage, the leading provider of WMS and LMS consulting services and the developer of , is pleased to announce Alex Wakefield is joining the company as Chief Commercial Officer.
Alex, who assumed the role on October 24, brings over 20 years of sales and operational leadership to the position and has held executive roles as both a supply chain practitioner and technology provider during his career. Alex brings deep supply chain expertise to Longbow having performed sales and leadership positions within JDA (RedPrairie), McCollister’s Transportation Group, Inc., Oldcastle Architectural Products Group, and IBM as well as having served as a Supply Corps Officer in the US Navy. Most recently, he worked for Model N Inc. as the VP of Sales for the Americas – Life Sciences division where he built and led a team driving $90M in sales.
