Longbow is a niche consulting company specializing in RedPrairie® systems.
Founded in 2002, Longbow evolved from the understanding that companies need specialized knowledge to meet or exceed the ROI they expect from their supply chain software. To meet this need, we developed expertise and a range of services to help RedPrairie users get the most from their system.

Gerald A. Brady
President
Our company founder has over 25 years of experience in logistics and systems development and implementation. He has held senior management positions in transportation and warehousing, and managed complex logistics and technology projects. Before making the leap to IT consulting, Gerald was also VP of Information Technology for a large Third Party Logistics company for several years. He has spent close to nine years developing a deep understanding of RedPrairie products.
This combination of technical knowledge, operational experience in warehouse and transportation management, and familiarity with RedPrairie's suite of products has made him one of North America's top WMS and supply chain solution providers.
Robert Svendsen
Senior Project Lead
Robert combines operational experience in warehousing with technical expertise. He was a developer in the EDI industry and a network administrator and programmer for one of Canada’s largest public and contract warehouse operators.
Robert has helped more than 20 companies with their RedPrairie implementations and integrations, either as a Software Engineer, Operational Consultant, or Project Lead.
He has worked exclusively on RedPrairie system projects for the past 6 years, developing extensive system knowledge, both functional and technical. With experience at all stages of the implementation cycle, from sales hand-off to post go-live, Robert can help you to define your requirements, build and execute your proof-of-concept, create technical designs, oversee or perform configuration, testing and debugging, and provide support during go-live and after.
Anna Lambidonis
Senior Operational Consultant
When Anna joined the Longbow team she already had 10 years of 3PL and WMS administrator experience. She is also a certified programmer/analyst and has worked at all phases of the implementation cycle on RedPrairie WMS projects. Anna can develop your proof of concept, has vast experience doing setup, configuration, and testing, will manage the issue resolution process and provide on-site go-live and post go-live support. Anna can provide functional training for all aspects of RedPrairie WMS.
Other highlights of her experience are complete work order process design and analysis, and overseeing and executing the complete inventory conversion on a WMS conversion project.
Ashraf Haddad
Project Lead
Ashraf has been deeply involved in implementations, integrations, go-lives, modifications, and a wide array of troubleshooting. He acquired a unique set of skills related to
WM/D version 2009 from his work on the Kraft Foods implementation project, has deep knowledge of the architecture
and functionality of all versions of the DLx/D – WM/D product from 2002 up to and including 2009.x, and can design
configuration and modification solutions for complex requirements.
Ashraf’s experience includes multi-site implementations, voice picking and automation, including the design and implementation of the interface between RedPrairie’s WMS and an ASRS System that included several robot cranes.
Ashraf has a Master of Electrical Engineering degree and a Bachelor of Computer Engineering degree.
Ahmed Abdel-Aaty
Project Lead
Ahmed has designed and developed the interface between RedPrairie WMS and host systems, designed and developed complex modifications for both the Warehouse Management Systems and Workforce Management Systems, and has done setup and configuration between Warehouse Management and Workforce Management. For a 3PL, Ahmed oversaw the setup, validation and regression testing for a multi-site and multi-client environment, automated work allocation for multiple pallet movement in the warehouse with variable criteria, and optimized allocation logic to allow for FEFO windows while minimizing inventory movement.
Ahmed has worked with RedPrairie’s product group on system maintenance and enhancement, and has developed specific expertise with RF forms, Web Visibility, and Pallet and Load Optimization. Ahmed holds a Master of Electrical Engineering degree and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering with a minor in Software Engineering.
Marek Hlavenka
Senior Software Engineer
In his 7 years with Longbow, Marek has repeatedly proven his ability to improve system performance and resolve complex issues. Marek has been a Database Administrator for ORACLE, MS SQL and Pervasive Btrieve, which provided him with extensive experience in database development and maintenance. Marek has been a Software Development Manager, Project Manager, and Network Administrator. He is also a Crystal Reports expert. He has designed, developed and tested many customizations and other solutions for the RedPrairie WMS. Marek has a Master of Science degree in Software Engineering.
Lina Chaal
Senior Software Engineer
Lina has a PhD in Computer Science, a Master’s (DEA) degree in Networks & Communications, a Master’s (DEA) degree in Computer Science, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. A highly proficient developer, Lina often tackles high-complexity issues. She has supported more than a dozen companies with their RedPrairie WMS implementations, custom enhancements, and troubleshooting.
Geoffrey Mayhew
Software Engineer
Since joining Longbow Geoff has developed his WMS knowledge on a diversity of roles and projects. While working on system enhancements with the RedPrairie product development group, he dealt with a range of issues that included voice picking, inventory management, and cartonization. For a 3PL, Geoff performed setup validation and regression testing for a multi-warehouse and multi-client environment. For another 3PL customer Geoff provided post go-live support (on-site), where he resolved real-time issues, designed and configured labels, and provided training. For another customer, Geoff was part of the team in upgrading the customer's WMS from a 2005 to 2009 version which involved updating all the custom code and testing the system. Geoff holds a Bachelor of Computer Engineering degree.
Nima Mohajerin
Software Engineer
Nima has demonstrated his abilities in the development of client-specific customizations to the Third Party Billing component in RedPrairie. The customizations included changes in the RF and GUI to improve usability and expand the interface. Nima has also been part a pre go-live customization effort for a major RedPrairie client, where he provided customization and onsite support for resolving issues arising during UAT phase.
Nima has a Master of Science degree in Computer Science, a Graduate Diploma in Computer Science, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Management Information Systems.
