Brandon McColl is an experienced logistics professional & WMS/Labor application specialist. Brandon is passionate about designing, building and applying sustainable, business-transforming solutions. He currently holds the position of Director of Consulting Service at Longbow Advantage. Brandon Joined the Longbow family in January 2013. Prior to 2013, Brandon was working with various Warehouse Management, Labor and Transportation applications holding various roles within 3PL and 4PL business verticals. Brandon is a certified CPIM (APICs).

Brandon lead the transformation effort and development related changes to optimize the receiving, put-away, picking, replenishment, inventory management, counting, asset capture and shipping processes by applying alternative WMS and WLM configuration or system solution enhancements and revising existing logistics practices to align with known industry best practices. Initial assessment and optimization were executed for 7 clients across 6 warehouses within the Consumer-Packaged-Goods business vertical. The goal of this project was to establish and apply best practices to standardize the way the operation uses the WMS and WLM applications. The transformation team and target operations were able to reduce the number of steps required through-out all processes. As a part of this business transformation, Brandon built and deployed a global and site-specific scalable dashboard metrics in order to ensure site-level ownership and sustainability in addition to allowing all other business units to rapidly execute the desired business transformation.
Salim Tabatabaei joined Longbow in 2011, progressively taking roles of greater responsibility leading to his position as Director of Consulting Services. He works with well-known brands to implement, enhance and upgrade warehouse and workforce management systems. Salim believes in high quality, efficient, and sustainable solution implementations. His experience spans managing implementation and upgrade of warehouse management systems with material handling automation, parcel, transportation management system, and host integrations, in automotive, healthcare/pharmaceutical, and consumer food industries
Salim holds a PMI-PMP® certificate, has won the first prize in Software Development Tradeshow in Dubai. He also as authored an article published in Elsevier’s Journal of Pattern Recognition with applications to supply chain execution: “GANC: Greedy agglomerative normalized cut for graph clustering”. Salim holds a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from McGill University, Canada, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Ajman University, UAE. He was awarded Principal’s Graduate Fellowship and McGill Engineering Doctoral Awards from McGill University.
Steve McClure helps supply chain leaders apply technology to solve their logistical challenges. After integrating, innovating and deploying warehouse management systems (WMS) for 20 years, Steve knows WMS technologies are great enablers. But he believes the people who employ the technologies truly make the magic happen. Steve has implemented WMS solutions in healthcare, retail, grocery and manufacturing across multiple WMS platforms including JDA, WMoS and proprietary systems. Steve earned a B.A. in Marketing and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Cal State University.
