Longbow Advantage’s Chelsea Brady Named One Of Food Logistics’ 2023 Rock Stars Of The Supply Chain

Brady Recognized for Dedication, Innovation, and Creativity Shaping the Global Cold Food Supply Chain

MONTREAL, QUEBEC, CANADA (February 15, 2023) – Longbow Advantage, the industry-leading extended warehouse execution company behind The Rebus® Platform and the global leader in warehouse software and consulting, announced today that Chelsea Brady, Director of Implementation and Professional Services, has been named one of Food Logistics’ 2023 Rock Stars of the Supply Chain Award.

Food Logistics’ 2023 Rock Stars of the Supply Chain award recognizes influential individuals in the cold food industry whose achievements, hard work and vision have shaped the global cold food supply chain.

With insights into the supply chain operations of so many cold food & beverage organizations, Brady has served as a key advisor to Longbow Advantage’s Rebus® product team, helping to shape the development of key features that have impacted organizations’ ability to meet and exceed their goals for years to come.

At Longbow Advantage, Brady has led the team responsible for the implementation and overall success of the Rebus® Platform with its cold food supply chain customers, as she works closely with each customer to understand their operational challenges and make recommendations to help them meet and achieve their warehouse operation goals. As she works with the leadership at Kraft Heinz, PepsiCo, and Driscoll’s, among many others, to create visibility into real-time operational metrics and labor performance, Brady is well-versed in supply chain strategy and takes on projects for these customers daily to provide them with in-the-moment operational insights.

In March 2022, Brady was promoted to her current role, where a crucial part of her role is identifying and tracking all nonproductive down time through warehouse management systems (WMS) for Longbow Advantage’s cold food supply chain customers. In addition to her formal leadership role, Brady is also seen as a cross-functional leader and peer mentor to others in the industry. She is well-versed in supply chain strategy and has a deep understand of Longbow Advantage’s customers and is willing to take on projects and help colleagues by providing expertise and advisement. She even most recently led a fireside chat at Longbow Advantage’s 2nd Annual Rebus user conference, NOW 2022, with senior leadership from PepsiCo.

“Chelsea exemplifies everything that Longbow Advantage stands for, in which we consider ourselves the changemakers within supply chain who help cold food organizations every day self-monitor their performance in real-time,” said Leigh Chesley, Chief Customer Officer at Longbow Advantage. “As we continue to emerge into a steady state focused on supply chain strength and innovation, Chelsea’s support with our Rebus® Platform has helped our customers not only win the day, but also benchmark and track progress against their transformation goals.”
