Jeff Rose to Lead the SAP Practice
Industry-leading supply chain consulting firm brings in new Vice President and General Manager to expand technology expertise and support growing customer base.
Longbow Advantage today announced the appointment of Jeff Rose to lead the company’s new SAP Consulting Practice. As Vice President and General Manager, SAP Consulting Practice, Jeff will be responsible for the successful delivery and ongoing support of SAP’s Warehouse Management and logistics execution solutions to the company’s growing customer base.
Jeff brings over 25 years of supply chain technology experience having served in a variety of leadership roles with CPG and retail giants, including The Gap, Rite Aid Corporation and Highland Superstores. Prior to joining Longbow, Jeff served as the Senior Director, Global Supply Chain Solutions for The Hersey Company, where he developed a comprehensive end-to-end supply chain systems strategy that included the implementation of core SAP applications in North America, Latin America and Asia helping the company generate $21M in annual savings.
At Longbow, he will enable the company to better serve the expanding needs of their customer base. As the leading global ERP solution, SAP continues to build it’s logistics execution suite. According to Jeff, « SAP EWM is becoming more sophisticated with each release, and is thus rapidly becoming a preferred WMS alternative for organizations running SAP as their ERP.
